Metzler Bros. Tank Truck Trailer Inc was founded by brothers and co-owners Rodney and Don Metzler in June of 1997.  The initial creation of the business was to provide maintenance for Metzler Bros. Transport Inc., which is a sister company of Metzler Bros. Tank Truck and Trailer Inc.

 

Initially the company started with a general manager and only four mechanics that provided maintenance for Metzler Bros. Transport and a handful of outside customers.  Since then, the company has continued to grow and hired a new general manager.  Current general manager, Joe Pyzowski, was added to the staff in 1999 and has continued to contribute to the growth of the company.  The current personnel includes twenty plus employees including, certified mechanics, welders and secretarial staff.  We presently provide maintenance for 62 tractors and 122 trailers owned and operated by Metzler Bros. Transport Inc. and approximately 200 outside customers.  With the outstanding efforts of all employees Metzler Bros. Tank Truck and Trailer has grown and will continue to grow. 

Our services include, but are not limited to; annual VK and IP Testing, Welding and Fabrication, Tank Steam Cleaning, PA State DOT and Federal Inspections, Fleet Preventative Maintenance, installation of new tanks on new chassis, Enhanced Vehicle Inspections and we are also an authorized “R” stamp facility.
